1. Who is responsible

TJ NOVA LTD (company number 17308318, England and Wales) is the data controller for personal data processed through BuyBridge.

2. What we collect and why

• Account data — email address and a hashed password. Needed to give you an account and attach orders to it.
• Order data — the product links you send, quantities, prices, and your delivery address. Needed to buy the goods and ship them to you.
• Payment records — amount, currency, time, and a payment reference. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Technical data — IP address and request timestamps, used for rate limiting and fraud prevention.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (account, orders, payment) and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention).

3. Who we share it with

Only where necessary to complete your order: the Chinese seller (delivery to our warehouse — they do not receive your overseas address), the international carrier you choose, our payment provider, and the country partner assigned to your territory. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. International transfers

Your order data is necessarily processed in China (purchasing and warehousing) and in the United Kingdom (company operations). Transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for seven years to meet UK accounting and tax obligations. Quotes that never became orders expire after 24 hours. Account data is deleted on request unless it is attached to records we must retain.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to info@tjnovaltd.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

7. Cookies

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We run no advertising or analytics trackers, so there is no consent banner to click through.
