1. What BuyBridge is

BuyBridge is a purchasing agent. You instruct us to buy goods from a Chinese seller on your behalf; we pay that seller, receive the goods at our warehouse, and forward them to you. We are not the manufacturer, not the seller, and we do not hold the goods as our own stock. Title to the goods passes to you at the moment we complete the purchase from the seller.

2. Quotes and prices

A quote covers the goods value, domestic shipping to our warehouse, and our service fee. International freight is quoted separately, after the parcel is packed and weighed, because nobody can know it before then. Quotes are valid for 24 hours; after that we re-price rather than guess.

Currency is converted at the mid-market rate on the day we purchase. We do not add a spread to the exchange rate. Every figure you are charged is calculated on our servers and shown to you before you pay.

3. Two-stage payment

You pay in two stages: goods and service fee first, then international freight after weighing. We do not purchase before the first payment clears. We do not charge an estimated freight amount to your card.

4. Inspection and your approval

We photograph every order in our warehouse (six images included) and you may inspect them before dispatch. If the item is wrong, damaged or not as described, tell us before it ships and we will pursue a return with the seller. Once you approve dispatch, the parcel leaves China.

5. Where our responsibility ends

We are responsible for: purchasing what you specified, checking it on arrival, packing it properly, and pursuing the seller when the goods are wrong. We are not responsible for: manufacturing defects that were not visible on inspection, your local import duties and taxes, customs seizure of goods you asked us to send, or delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.

6. Import duties

Import duty and tax are payable by you to your own customs authority. We declare shipments accurately. We will not under-declare value or mis-describe goods, and requests to do so will be declined.

7. Prohibited goods

We decline counterfeit, replica and brand-infringing goods, and anything on our prohibited list. See that page for the full position.

8. Country partners

Country partners are independent contractors appointed by us for a territory. They act as your first point of contact in your language. Contractual responsibility for the order remains with TJ NOVA LTD.

9. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us immediately at security@tjnovaltd.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Orders are governed by the version in force when the order was placed, and the version number is recorded on your order.
